"I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Mendwell. When I first started with Mendwell it was more of an exploratory “try it out” thing. Talking to Kat & Eryn it sounded like something that could potentially help me, but I wasn’t sure. I’ve been living with chronic back/hip pain for 2 years. I had gone through standard PT elsewhere about a year prior and my back did great! But out of nowhere my back just flared up again and acted as if I never went through PT, even though I hadn’t changed much about my lifestyle. I’m 26, so living with back pain for the rest of my life and putting my passion for running to the side was not in the cards for me. And given that my back back-tracked despite my past PT, I thought I’d give pelvic floor therapy a go as it had been something nobody had ever mentioned would help my back/hip & I thought “this could be the cause”

First off, Eryn is one of the smartest & most comforting person I’ve ever met, which is important considering this type of therapy. You are extremely vulnerable in this type of PT and she makes you feel comfy & at ease. She’s always thoroughly explaining things, describing what/why she’s doing what she’s doing and always checking on how your movements are going at home. I’ve never once felt nervous doing internal work with her.

Kat & other front desk gals are ALWAYS so welcoming, kind and personable. They always greet you with a warm welcome, chat with you about how things are going and genuinely get to know you.

I’ve done 6 sessions with mendwell this far (1x/wk) and I’m happy to share that things have gone SO WELL for me so far. At this point I am running again with little pain, gaining some strength & stability again & releasing tension I’ve had for god knows how long.

I’m so excited to get back to the training I love & to share with the team when I go back in a few weeks that things are still on the up & up!
