How long are physical therapy appointments?
Each appointment is approximately an hour long with your provider starting at the moment of your scheduled appointment.
Do you accept insurance?
Mendwell is a contracted provider with select insurances and also provides both flat-rate pricing for out-of-network patients and superbills for reimbursement. Call or text us to learn how we can help!
Do I need a referral to see you?
You do not need a referral from a doctor to start pelvic floor physical therapy with us and can start treatment directly! However, individual insurance plans may have specific requirements for coverage of services and we encourage checking with your insurance provider directly. If you find that your insurance plan requires a referral, or if you have any questions about this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Where are you located?
Mendwell Pelvic Health is located in SW Portland at 11850 SW 67th Ave, Suite 145 on the first floor. Our office is wheelchair accessible and our suite door can be found on the first floor directly down the hall from the building entrance.
Do you offer appointments on weekends?
While our operating hours are during the week, we can selectively schedule patients on weekends as needed for emergencies.
Do you take my insurance?
Mendwell is an out-of-network provider, meaning that we provide clear pricing and will provide supporting documentation to patients for reimbursement through their insurance provider.
What is the cost for a physical therapy appointment?
Our fees are $249 for an initial evaluation and $199 for each follow-up treatment.
