About

Tania Torrealba, PT, DPT

As a first-generation Latina and fluent Spanish speaker, Tania is passionate about connecting Spanish-speaking communities with education and care around pelvic floor health. She is committed to helping break down taboos surrounding reproductive organs and reproductive health, while increasing awareness of the important role the pelvic floor plays in overall well-being.

Tania is especially passionate about supporting individuals through the physical changes that can occur before, during, and after pregnancy. Through education, movement, and compassionate care, she hopes to help patients better understand their bodies, advocate for their health, and navigate each stage of life with greater confidence and knowledge.

Tania’s approach to patient care is rooted in listening, empathy, and genuine connection. She strives to create a comfortable and supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and valued. Her clinical interests include pelvic health, functional movement, and treating the hips, low back, pelvis, knees, feet, and ankles.

Tania hopes patients leave their time together with a deeper understanding of their bodies and the importance of listening to the signals they provide. She encourages patients to prioritize movement as an essential part of their long-term health and well-being, and aims to provide tools that empower them to make informed decisions about their care long after therapy ends.

Outside the clinic, Tania enjoys reading, cozy games, volleyball, swimming, caring for plants, and spending time with the people and communities she loves.
