About

Megan De Rego, MSOT, OTR/L

Megan De Rego is a licensed occupational therapist who brings a unique blend of clinical expertise and genuine passion to pelvic health care at Mendwell. As an Oregon native with a background in kinesiology, Megan discovered her calling in pelvic health after hearing personal stories from family and friends about their experiences with pelvic floor dysfunction—moments that sparked her dedication to this specialized field.

Megan takes a holistic, evidence-based approach to patient care, believing that true healing happens when clients feel empowered and connected to their bodies. She specializes in working with women throughout their lifespan, with particular expertise in pregnancy and postpartum care, endometriosis, and chronic pelvic pain. What sets Megan apart is her innovative integration of yoga and pilates as therapeutic exercise for pelvic floor dysfunction, combining her love of movement with clinical excellence.

Beyond the clinic, Megan embodies the active Pacific Northwest lifestyle she encourages in her patients. You'll find her exploring Oregon's beautiful landscapes with her family, from Central Oregon adventures to coastal getaways. She's equally at home trying Portland's latest restaurants, working on her 1950s fixer-upper with her husband John, or staying active through barre, pilates, yoga, hiking, paddleboarding, and golf.

Megan's ultimate goal is simple yet profound: helping her patients feel more connected to their bodies and empowered to face life's challenges with self-compassion and confidence.
