

Essie has been specializing in pelvic floor rehab for the past decade and is passionate about trauma survivors, sexual function related to the pelvic floor and pre, peri and post-partum care. She has advanced training in pelvic floor rehabilitation, peri and post-partum care, obstetrics for physical therapy, Trauma Informed Care, sexual function related to the pelvic floor and is Astym certified. Essie is a post-partum corrective exercise specialist and is pursuing her credentials as a Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certified (PRPC). She leads and teaches pelvic floor and core classes in the community and is passionate about empowering moms and their partners by educating and creating their birthing plans. Her goal is to provide compassionate and individualized care to each of her patients, restoring them to their desired level of physical health and helping them to reach their individual goals. Her hope is to provide as much awareness and education to people about pelvic health as she can.
Essie is a PNW native who is very dedicated to her family and enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children. Her hobbies include traveling, camping, reading, cooking, baking, photography, wine tasting and quality time with friends.
